Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds

Refunds Refund, if any, shall be made at the same issuing bank through which the Product/Service was purchased. For cash on delivery transactions, the Member has the option to receive the refund in any bank account via NEFT and it is the responsibility of the Member to share the valid bank details to avail the said return.

For payments made through electronic means like debit card, credit card, net banking, wallet etc. refund shall be made using the same payment mode.

On request from the Member, Diradharti is liable to provide ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) or UTR (Unique Transaction Reference Number) to the Member for refunds made to the Member. However, in an event of non-receipt of such a refund in the designated Bank Account it will be the responsibility of the Member to provide Diradharti with the set of documents required to support the claim of non-receipt. Diradharti through its payment’s service provider shall, initiate the refund procedure post satisfactory verification of the documents provided by the member.

If a member chose to avail Merchant Credit in lieu of refund, such credit will be available for use by the Member for a period of (30) thirty days. Post such period, the merchant credit will lapse and hence would not be usable for any future payments by the Member.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

Shipping and Delivery All Products purchased from the Site shall be delivered to the Member by the Logistics Partner engaged by Diradharti.

It takes around 4-5 working days for delivery, however this timeline is tentative and may vary as per specific order requirements . We will not be responsible for any kind of delays in delivery or loss of the purchase or damage of the order while the order is with the shipping carrier. You will be informed once your order is shipped, through email and/or text message. Since the products that have been bought by you are personalized, there would be no return of the same.

Diradharti will endeavor to exercise its best efforts to provide expeditious delivery of the products on the estimated arrival date while placing the order. However, Diradharti cannot accept liability or be held financially responsible under any circumstances for any delay in delivery regardless of cause of such delay. Estimated Arrival Date is purely indicative and is subject to change due to change in conditions post placement of order. Diradharti disclaims any claims or liabilities arising from any delays or and damages for goods in transit. Diradharti shall not be held responsible and will bear no liability for delays or and damages caused by but not limited to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, other unforeseen circumstances. Any reasonable delay beyond Vistaprint’s control will not constitute as a deficiency of service on the part of  Diradharti .

The member undertakes to provide accurate postal address to facilitate delivery by Diradharti. Incomplete address details are likely to result in loss or delay of shipment. Diradharti will not be held liable for delays or loss of shipments, or any other loss caused due to inaccurate and incomplete address. Member will be liable to pay for the product or service which is undelivered for want of completeness/accuracy of address provided at the time of placing the order. Diradharti will not be held liable for misplaced, lost shipments, delays, incorrect deliveries, or any other loss caused to the member.

In an event where the Member requests for a change to the product, address, or any other details pertaining to the product or service post placement of order, this will result change to the original Estimated Arrival Date subject to availability of the product at the time and post such change request. Diradharti will endeavor to accommodate such changes requested post placement of order, however, will not be held liable under any circumstances for non-execution of such change requests.

Diradharti shall be entitled to dispose the Products ordered by the Member in the event that the Member is not available for delivery or refuses delivery within 7 days of first delivery attempt. In the event of disposal, Diradharti will not be liable for any misuse post such disposal.

Cancellation Policy

Since all products sold on Diradharti are customized as per the data (images, text etc) shared by the customer, the order cannot be cancelled once the printing has started or the order is shipped to the customer. The customer can cancel the order on My Account > Orders page only if the customization process has not been started. Once the printing process has commenced, cancellation is not possible as the product is permanently customized with customer’s image, text etc.
